I stumble upon a package design that immediately captured my attention. The packaging gives this common product an edge that makes it stand out from other competing brands. The earphones are arranged to create a music note symbol, ♫. This package design steps away from the traditional plastic clam-shell packages that we are all accustomed to. The problem with the traditional plastic clam-shell packaging is the struggle to open it. This design makes I easy for anyone to take it out of its package without getting cut by the plastic. Anyone who enjoys listening to music on the go can look at this product and probably get influence to purchase it. The use of the typography and illustration gives the product a high quality appearance. The earbuds, being the dark circles on the music note and the main focus, stand out and appear to be soft and comfortable to wear for hours.
